Abstract

This Order regulates the spreading into the environment of genetically modified organisms (GMOs). It consists of 6 articles and 4 annexes regulating the said sector (and its placing on the market) in order to protect environment and human health. Annexes list model form and trade regulation for genetically modified plant organisms.
