Abstract This Order approves the Regulation on Promotion to Wine Products for the Internal Market. This Regulation, consisting of 4 Chapters and 1 Annex, regulates the requirements to give assistance for promoting wine products, through the valorisation of the image and quality of wine and its products originated within the National territory. The Wine and Vine Institution is the competent organisation for the coordination and supervision of the promotion referred within in order to optimize the use of public funds. This Istitution is entitled to: assess and select related programmes; analyse and decide about amendments to programmes; carry out the follow up and assessment of the assistance to promotion; guarantee the administrative and financial control of used funds.
