Abstract

This Order establishes labelling and packaging requirements for yoghurt and flavoured fermented milk. It consists of 17 articles, specifying all requirements needed (ingredients, contents of fat, date of production, fruit, food additives, weight, etc.) and 1 annex related to article 9 listing quality standards for yoghurt.
