Abstract

This Order establishes extraordinary phitosanitary protecting measures to combat nematode pest in pine 'Bursaphelenchus xylophilus'. It consists of 13 articles and 2 annexes specifying urgent measures to be adopted, tree logged treatment and destination and other requirements to be satisfied in order to avoid pest spreading within Portuguese territory. Annexes specifies involved areas to be protected by urgent phitosanitary measures.
