Abstract

These Measures, consisting of 36 Articles, aim to ensure the correct implementation of entry-exit inspection and quarantine laws, regulations and rules, prevent and correct illegal or improper specific inspection and quarantine administrative behavior, protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations, and ensure that the entry-exit inspection and quarantine authorities exercise their functions according to law. The Measures make provisions for the scope, the application and acceptance, and the decision of administrative reconsideration for entry-exit inspection and quarantine.
