Abstract This Order establishes the procedure for issuance of expertise certificate (test report) by state veterinary organizations, authorized to conduct laboratory studies and veterinary-sanitary examination, as well as by laboratories of veterinary-sanitary expertise. The expertise certificate (test report) shall be issued by veterinary laboratories according to the results of diagnostics or veterinary-sanitary examination of transported (transferred) livestock subject to state veterinary and sanitary control and supervision. The procedure for issuance of expertise certificate (test report) by veterinary laboratories performing diagnostics of animal diseases includes: (a) receipt of samples with accompanying documents provided by state veterinary-sanitary inspectors or state veterinarians of the relevant administrative and territorial units; (b) analysis and inspection of the delivered samples for compliance with the requirements of the sampling of transported (transferred) livestock and biological material; (c) transfer of incoming samples to the appropriate units of veterinary laboratories and performance of appropriate laboratory studies; and (d) drawing and issuance of expertise certificate (test report) by the results of diagnostic studies.
