Abstract

This Order establishes phytosanitary measures to be applied against bacteria Pseudomonas solanacearum (Smith) Smith, in potato seeds originating from Holland. It consists of 4 points and 1 annex specifying phytosanitary requirements to be met in order to import this potato variety from Holland to national territory. Packaging and labelling requirements are specified in the text.
