Abstract

This Order, based on the provisions of the Law No.10465 dated 29.9.2011 on the veterinary service in the Republic of Albania, adopts the regulation regarding the veterinary medical and breeding conditions that apply to the movement and import of ungulates. This Regulation defines the veterinary medical conditions, procedures and necessary requirements regarding specific animal health and related breeding of live animals of the ungulate species, also regarding their movement and importation from/to other countries (among rules on what is to be considered as “registered ungulates” and “slaughtered ungulates”).
