Abstract

This Order covers imported grains (seeds of bread grains, legumes and oilseeds), flour, bran, mal and mill cake, as well as to such commodities manufactured on national territory when stored, transported and processed together with imported grains. It applies to organizations and individual entrepreneurs that import, store, transport and trade grain and cereals. Applications for import quarantine authorizations shall be filed with the authorized state institution Rosquarantine, and must specify the types(s) and amount(s) of each commodity, destination points (enterprises), country of origin, exporting country, period of import and point of entry on the national border.
