Entry into force on 1 February 2012.

Abstract

The Order's purpose is to assess the environmental impact of renewable energy-production projects in the territorial sea and the exclusive economic zone. The Order applies to the prevention of environmental pollution of our habitat and regulations set out in this Order shall aim to the planning of these activities.
