The Minister orders to validate the list of of pests, diseases and weeds the presence of which requires imposition of quarantine composed of Section 1 containing quarantine objects (plant pests and diseases) absent on the territory of the Russian Federation and Section 2 containing quarantine objects (plant pests and diseases) with limited presence on the territory of the Russian Federation.
