Fisheries regulation establishes as follows: (a) types of authorized fisheries; (b) norms and amount of allowable catch and amount of fish products, including caviar, resulting from processing of catch; (c) fishing restrictions such as establishment of prohibited fishing areas of prohibited species, minimum length and weight of authorized fishing resources, mesh size, authorized fishing gear and fishing methods, authorized bycatch, authorized fishing areas and fishing vessels; and (d) requirements for conservation of aquatic biological resources, duties of users and the list of documentation required for fisheries.
