Abstract

The Regulation establishes the modalities of legalization, issuing and registration of the injunctions issued by the state inspectors for land tenure and protection of land for the purpose of stopping the exposed infringement of land legislation and elimination of the consequences thereof. The provisions of the Regulation shall be compulsory for the state inspectors of the State Inspection for Control over Land Tenure and Protection of Land and its territorial branches authorized to carry out the state control over land tenure and protection of land in conformity with the requirements of land legislation. Injunction is the compulsory written request of the state inspector issued to the legal and natural persons for the purpose of stopping the exposed infringement of land legislation and elimination of the consequences thereof. The state inspector that has issued injunction must record it in the register within three days from the date of issue. Appeal against the decision of the authorized official can be filed within ten days from the date of issue.
