Abstract

This Order implements the decisions of the first session of the Russian-Guinean Mixed Commission on Fisheries subject to the following conditions: (a) registration of the agent company with the National Maritime Fisheries Authority; (b) request the issuance of a license to the Minister responsible for fishing; (c) inclusion of the vessel that requests a license in one of the registers of international classification; (d) registration of the vessel that requests a license in the National Register of Fishing Vessels; (e) approach of the vessel that requests a license to the berth for technical and sanitary inspection; (f) issuance of a shipping permit for the vessel, as well as the technical and sanitary certificate; (g) installation of equipment on board of the vessel with a satellite tracking system compatible with the system of the National Centre for Control and Protection of Fisheries; (h) submittal of the original certificate of gross tonnage register; (i) payment of fishing fees (Tables 1 and 2); (j) acceptance on board of one Guinean inspector and Guinean seafarers numbering 25% of the crew; and (k) contribution to the development of seaport infrastructure (in terms of products, processing, storage and trade).
