Abstract

This Order approves a list of harmful agents and plants which cannot be imported in national territory. It consists of 7 annexes listing plant species and harmful agents, specifying sanitary measures to be carried out for every different plant species (vegetable, fruit, cereals, trees, etc.). Two model forms for obtaining a sanitary certificate are attached in annexes 6 and 7.
