Abstract Aircraft operators shall hold a EU CO2 Emission Trading Registry and Danish Kyoto register accounts. The purpose of this Order is to set regulations on the administration thereof. CO2 emissions from aircraft operators shall be prevented with the contribution of payment of fees to these accounts, in accordance with international agreements related to climate and air pollution.
