Abstract

This Order establishes the modalities for accreditation of laboratories (centres) for certification of grain and grain (seed) quality. The Ministry of Agriculture shall be official accreditation authority. The applicant shall submit to the Ministry the following documentation: (a) regulation on certification of grain or laboratory for grain (seed) quality; (b) declared sphere of activity for accreditation; (c) guidelines for quality control; (d) registration certificate of laboratory; and (e) notarized copies of the documents attesting organizational and legal status of the organization of which certification body for grain and grain (seed) quality control laboratory makes part. The period of validity of accreditation certificate shall be three years.
