Abstract

This Order distributes total allowable catches of aquatic biological resources in inland waters of the Russian Federation, except for inland marine waters of the Russian Federation, with regard to types of quotas for their production (catch) for 2021. It includes: (a) quota for the harvesting (catch) of aquatic biological resources to ensure the traditional way of life and traditional economic activities of small indigenous minorities of the North, Siberia and the Far East, Siberia and the Far East of the Russian Federation; (b) quota for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources for research and control purposes; (c) quota for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources for aquaculture (fishfarming); (d) quota for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources for educational and cultural purposes; (e) quota for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources for amatorial fishing; and (f) quota for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources for industrial fisheries. Quotas shall be applicable to freshwater fishes and diadromous fishes.
