Abstract

This Order regulates skin trade of caymans bred in captivity. It consists of 13 articles establishing the requirements to be met for obtaining a licence, granted by Ibama, for the reproduction and placing on the market of 'caiman crocodilus yacare' and 'Caiman crocodilus crocodilus' skins. It also lists a model form concerning the trade of the aforementioned wildlife product.
