Abstract This Order, adopted by the Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries, applies to business operators engaged in one or more of the following: 1. Organic farming operations; and 2. Organic businesses related to a) Live or unprocessed plant agricultural products, b) Feed, feed mixtures, and feed materials, c) Fertilizers, soil improvers, and nutrients, and d) Plant propagation material. It also applies to organic animal production. It does not apply to organic products that are lawfully produced or marketed in other member states of the EU or countries in the EEA.
