Abstract

The Department of the State Ecological Survey and Environmental Security, the Department of Science and Information in common with the Department of the Conservation of Biodiversity are entitled to provide for the fulfilment of the requirements of this Regulation. The deputy president of the State Committee for Environmental Protection is entitled to exercise control over the application of this Order. The list of toxic substances includes animal drugs, (snake) venom, prohibited crops and extracts thereof. The applicant shall forward a written request to the authorized body, copy of transportation contract of the aforesaid substances, route map and expert susbstantiation of meeting the ecological requirements along the route of transportation. The deputy president of the State Committee for Environmental Protection is authorized to sign transportation permits.
