Abstract This Order approves the Regulation of sanitary measures to be applied on fish products destined to human consumption and their placing on the market. The Regulation consists of 7 articles and 12 annexes defining: 'fish product', 'aquaculture product' 'fish processing and transport', hygiene requirements, etc. It lists chemical additives not to be contained within fish products for human consumption.
