This Order enters into force after ten calendar days after the day of its first official publication.
Abstract

Production control (self-control) shall be intended a set of measures, including laboratory research and testing of manufactured products, works and services performed by an individual entrepreneur or legal entity, aimed at ensuring safety and (or) harmlessness for humans and human environment. Individual entrepreneurs and (or) legal entities develop, document, implement and maintain in working order effective system of production control (self-control). The purpose of production control is to ensure safety and (or) harmlessness of products, works and services to humans through the organization and implementation of at the facility of self-monitoring of compliance with the requirements of regulatory legal acts in in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population. The list of chemicals, biological, physical and other hazardous factors, the choice of control points at which sampling is carried out, the volume and frequency of instrumental and (or) laboratory tests, sanitary treatment, disinfection, disinfestation and deratization measures are determined by the responsible persons (technologist, engineer and other responsible persons), taking into account the characteristics of the facility, the presence of harmful (hazardous) production factors (for industrial facilities), the degree of their influence on human health and the environment, the presence of potential hazards at the stages of production, circulation, packaging, labeling, recycling and destruction. Facilities for manufacturing and circulation of foodstuffs: laboratory control is installed by the manufacturer in accordance with industry standards, instructions and other regulatory documents, taking into account certain critical control points defined by the manufacturer related to technological stages of production. Depending on the type of products manufactured, they are controlled for quality and safety of raw materials, semi-finished products, auxiliary materials, finished products, water for radiation, chemical, microbiological, toxicological, parasitological safety; sanitary-epidemiological state of technological processes and quality of disinfection, disinfestation, deratization of production premises, equipment and inventory; compliance with sanitary and hygienic production regimes and working conditions for workers. Product storage conditions are monitored at retail facilities and frequency of verification of instrumentation is performed.
