Abstract

This Order approves the Regulation for the Control and Certification of Food originated from agricultural products obtained by integral shrouding. This Regulation includes the following agricultural products: a) fruit products (ham, marmelade, edible seed creams, fruit juice, etc.); b) vegetables, fruits and other edible part of plants, preserves, olives, etc.; c) Fruits and vegetables treated with freezing, and refrigerating methods; d) Vergin olive oil. Packaging and labelling requirements are specifies in the text.
