Abstract

This Order establishes the Regulation for the use and trade of genetically modified micro-organisms. It consists of 6 articles and 5 annexes establishing the information to be notified for the use of the aforesaid micro-organisms, according to the provisions against the environmental pollution, protecting human health and their different risk of pollution. A classification of these micro-organisms is specified in the text.
