Abstract

This Order establishes a National Program for olives' cultivation according to EC Council Regulation No. 3828/85 of 20 December. The purpose of this Program is granting incentives in order to improve national production of olives. This Order consists of 28 articles and 1 annex, specifying the requirements for obtaining these incentives and technical assistance. This National Program shall be applied under the control of regional authorities.
