This Order enters into force on the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Order, consisting of 8 articles and 2 Annexes, establishes the designated ports for landing fish products, consisting of the following: herring (Clupea harengus), mackerel (Scomber scombrus) and horse mackerel (Trachurus spp.) or a mixture of these species, under article 78 and article 79 of EU Comission Regulation (EU) No. 404/2011: a) within continental territory: Viana do Castelo, Matosinhos, Aveiro, Figueira da Foz, Peniche, Sesimbra, Sines and Portimão; within the Autonomous Region of Madeira: Funchal; within the Autonomous Region of Azores: Horta, Praia da Vitória and Ponta Delgada.
