Abstract

This Order establishes the modalities and procedure for identification of hazardous emissions (pollutants), subject registration and rate setting, to the atmospheric air and it shall be used for guidance by federal executive bodies, authorized environmental institutions, legal persons, natural persona and individual entrepreneurs concerned. The Regulation shall be used for: (a) registration of the emissions of pollutants to the atmospheric air; (b) elaboration and validation of air quality standards; (c) protection of the atmospheric air; (d) validation n of emission standards and setting maximum allowable emissions; (e) state air monitoring; and (f) information of the population about air pollution levels. Sources of emissions of pollutants shall be identified in accordance with the inventory of emission and sources thereof, and also in accordance with project documentation related to economic activities. Annex 1 contains formulae for calculation of hazardousness indices. Annex 2 contains the list of pollutants.
