This Order enters into force on the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Order establishes the basic standards required for scientifically based assessment and inventory of types of hunting grounds, wild fauna species, quantitative and qualitative composition thereof, development (with the consideration of natural and economic conditions) the regime of hunting economy with the definition of measures for the protection, rational use, reproduction of wild faun species subject to hunting, preservation and improvement of the condition of the land allocated for hunting grounds. The requirements of this Order are mandatory for users and managers of hunting grounds, as well as organizations performing land-use planning and maintenance of hunting grounds. The main methods of the organization of hunting grounds shall be method of typology and quality assessment (bonitation, forest inventory). Quality assessment (bonitation) of hunting ground shall be performed according to natural zones, depending on the forage base and protective qualities of the land areas.
