Abstract This Regulation establishes requirements for vending of veterinary drugs to consumers, including vending by prescription for a drug or without prescription, as well as for storage for the purpose of selling to consumers of veterinary drugs by veterinary pharmacy organizations, individual entrepreneurs and veterinary organizations licensed to carry out pharmaceutical activities in the field of veterinary drugs. In the process of retail trade of veterinary drugs, the seller must supply to consumers high quality, effective and safe veterinary, and, upon request, consumer should be provided with information on how to use veterinary drugs.
