This Order enters into force on 1 January 2025.
Abstract

This Procedure and terms of storage of photographic materials in the state forest register shall be applicable to cases of storage of photographic materials obtained as a result of the following activities: (a) forest conservation; (b) performance of work on conservation (except for work on extinguishing forest fires), protection, reforestation, afforestation; (c) performance of final inspection of the site of logging operations; (d) forest management; and (e) confirming compliance with the requirements of the procedure for felling forest plantations. The operator of the federal state information system of the forest complex: (a) ensures the storage of photofixation materials in a repository located in the infrastructure of the federal state information system of the forest complex, with the possibility of identifying the source and circumstances of receipt of such materials; and (b) implements organizational and technical measures to ensure the protection of photographic materials and compliance with information security requirements in accordance with applicable law. The period of storage of photographic materials is one year from the date of receipt in the repository.
