Abstract

This Order establishes the modalities of calculation of the amount of aquaculture species subject to catch in the process of pasturable fish culture. The aforesaid methodology shall be applicable by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs performing pasturable fish culture and by scientific research organizations subordinated to the Federal Fisheries Agency. Basic data used for calculation shall include: (a) quantity of released small fry (spawn) of aquaculture species; (b) average mass of released species; (c) average mass of different age-groups subject to catch; (d) data on average lifetime of aquaculture species and time period of reaching fishing age; and (e) data on natural mortality of aquaculture species.
