Acclimatization of aquatic biological resources - activities for the introduction of valuable species of aquatic biological resources into waterbodies of fishery significance and the creation of their sustainable populations in waterbodies of fishery significance, in which aquatic biological resources of these species did not previously live or lost their significance. Acclimatization activities are carried out by: (a) releasing larvae of acclimatization species into waterbodies of fishery significance; (b) release of juveniles of acclimatization species into waterbodies of fishery significance; (c) the introduction of adult acclimatization species into waterbodies of fishery significance. Acclimatization activities are carried out in accordance with the work plan for the acclimatization of aquatic biological resources, which is formed and approved by the Federal Agency for Fisheries. The plan must contain: (a) information about the applicant: full and abbreviated (if any) name; location and address; main state registration number; taxpayer identification number; (b) information about a waterbody of fishery significance or part thereof: the name of the fishery basin, waterbody or part of a waterbody and (or) its boundaries, described in geographical coordinates (indicating the coordinate system), area and/or length of the waterbody or part of waterbody within which are conducted acclimatization activities; (c) composition and scope of acclimatization measures; and (d) timing of acclimatization activities.
