Abstract

This Order lays down sanitary requirements for the placing on the market of aquaculture products. It is divided into 4 chapters and 7 annexes concerning the following matters in relation to fish, molluscs and crustaceans: rules on imports originating from third countries; a list of diseases and of vulnerable species; list of approved exploitation areas with sanitary certificate requirements on transport; documents required, etc.
