Abstract

This Order establishes the powers of the Consultive Council entitled to carry out a control and sanction system in order to avoid the marine pollution. It consists of 4 articles specifying the composition and the competencies of the aforementioned maritime institution in order to manage all the fines to be paid according to the different illegal activity.
