Abstract

This Order approves the Regulation for the Sub-action No. 3.4 on the prevention of biotic and abiotic agents for the sustainable exploitation of forests (included into the agricultural financial measure for the Rural Development 'AGRIS'). The Regulation consists of 22 articles and 1 annex, whose main objective is to promote actions on forest preservation and to improve and develop forestry and agricultural areas. It establishes prioritary actions to be carried out by the competent authority and benefiting from incentives for the prevention of forest fires, plant disease and other forest disasters.
