This Order enters into force 30 days after its publication.
Abstract

This Order approves the Safety Regulation of Infrastructures for the storage and processing of crude oil, its byproducts and residues. The Regulation consists of 8 Chapters and 2 Tables specifying requirements to be fulfilled by the aforementioned infrastructures. It classifies oil products (including liquid gas), authorized areas and infrastructure requirements, according to specific stardards in order to avoid environmental contamination. Chapters 8 establishes fines and sanctions for illegal activities.
