Abstract

This Order sets the requirements to forest management for the purpose of exploration of subsoil, mining and extraction of minerals. In order to obtain permission for carrying out geological exploration on plots of forestland without concession thereof the applicant shall submit to the local self-government application containing: (a) applicant data (organizational and legal form, legal address, banking data, and copy of identity document for individual entrepreneurs; (b) map specifying location and area of the plot of forestland projected for exploration; (c) copy of state registration as legal person or individual entrepreneur; and (d) copy of exploration licence and copy of exploration contract for public needs. Application shall be examined and the decision shall be made within 30 days from the date of application.
