To the purpose of this Regulation coastal lakes and estuaries communicating with the sea shall be considered separate waterbodies. It establishes that marking of fishing vessels shall comply with the national standard. It establishes the modalities of marking of fishing gear. Users of fishing stock shall timely inform competent authority (fishing inspection, central state environmental institution and state veterinary service) of all identified cases of fish diseases, deterioration of natural environment of fish stocks, mass fish mortality or risk thereof. In case of catch within the established quotas users of fishing resources shall inform fishing inspection weekly (reaching the amount of 70%), daily (reaching amount of 80%) and, reaching the level of 95% of total allowable catch fisheries must stop. In the latter case the decision related to the remaining percentage of authorized quota shall be made by the fishing inspection. In case of specialized fisheries the amount of catch shall not be limited for fish species for which commercial size is not established. Prohibition of fisheries of turbot (Psetta) in the EEZ during spawning season shall be established for the period from 1 to 30 May. Full text Ukrainian Website zakon3.rada.gov.ua
