This Order shall be applicable to all nature managers. Ordinary and extraordinary inspections shall be carried out in-house environmental protection body together with the territorial branch of the authorized environmental institution. In case of excessive emissions of pollutants and ecological disaster the state environmental protection bodies must be immediately informed. In the course of inspection shall be controlled: (a) soil pollution and rehabilitation, erosion-preventive arrangements, land disturbance; (b) emissions into the atmospheric air, air pollution with radionuclides; (c) water treatment equipment; (d) registration of water abstraction and water quality standards.
