In case of timber extraction by means of intermediate felling, including thinning and sanitary felling, fees shall be reduced by 50 percent and for other types of intermediate felling fees shall be reduced by 30 percent. Rates of fees for standing timber shall vary according to forest species, timber, industrial wood and fuel wood. Fees shall be calculated for final harvesting on 1 hectare from 100,1 to 150 cubic metres and with a downhill gradient of 20 degrees. Full text Russian Website www.forest.ru
