Abstract The purpose of the Order is gather the necessary information on plant's impact on the environment in order to assess whether authorization is needed for the establishment, expansion and modification of land allocation for facilities and infrastructure which may damage and pollute ice, water, air, soil, rock, climate, landscape, flora and fauna. The Order does not apply to facilities which activities relate to mineral resources extraction. In order to establish any installation, authorization is required and must be submitted for approval.
