The Order enters into force on 14 January 2012.
Abstract

The Order applies to the import of genetically modified rice products from China and its purpose is to establish procedures of inspection and relative fines in adherence to EU Decision 2011/884/EU on emergency measures regarding unauthorized GMO products from China.
