Abstract

The List of grounds for carrying out unplanned measures of state control over compliance with the legislation on foodstuffs, animal feedstuffs, by-products, health and welfare of animals during martial law includes: (a) submission of a written statement by the economic entity to the relevant state supervision (control) body about the implementation of the state supervision (control) measure at its request; (b) appeal of an physical person (physical persons) about a violation that caused damage to his (their) rights, legitimate interests, life or health, the surrounding natural environment or state security, with the addition of documents or their copies confirming such violations (if available); and (c) instruction of the Prime Minister of Ukraine on the inspection of business entities in the relevant field in connection with detected systemic violations and/or the occurrence of an event that has a significant negative impact on the rights, legitimate interests, life and health of a person, protection of the natural environment and ensuring the security of the state.
