Abstract This Order gives a new classification to the Partial Natural Reserve of Boquilobo as Natural Reserve of Boquilobo. It is composed of 19 articles and I Annex that gives the Reserves' geographical delimitation. Article 11 focuses on acts and activities subjected to previous authorization; a) construction of temporary agricultural buildings; b) soil modification through the introduction of new cultures or agro-silvo-pastoral activities; c) soil modification through diggings or dumping; d) soil modification by diggings, perforations and water captions or by destroying shrub and bush delimitations; e) enlarging paths, streets or any type of existing accesses; f) installation of electrical, aerial or subterranean phone, telecommunication, natural gas or sewerage infrastructures outside the urban perimeter; g) sports activities liable of damaging the natural area especially those where both motor and water vehicles are used; h) geological, botanic and zoological sample capture subjected to protection measures which in no way are involved in an agricultural activity; i) fire marking outside areas with the appropriate infra structures.
