Abstract

This Regulation establishes the content and composition, as well as the methodology for preparing and evaluating materials substantiating the classification of a waterbody or part of a waterbody as a waterbody of fishery significance and determining the category of a waterbody of fishery significance. In particular, it contains information on: (a) location and boundaries of a waterbody; (b) data on state monitoring of aquatic biological resources; (c) data of the State Fishery Register; (d) data on artificial stock reproduction; and (e) data on repopulation of fish stocks.
