Abstract

The Order sets regulations with regard to the authorization scheme of the Order's Chapter 5 listed activities (cases covered by article 11g of the Planning Act (VVM procedure), in establishing approval authorities to be published alongside proposals for municipal guidelines, publications which must accessible by anyone), and the monitoring of certain commercial companies.
