Abstract

This Order approves the technical regulations regarding horticultural and agricultural species to be registered in the National List of Plants. It is composed of 3 chapters listing relevant plant species and laying down the requirements to be satisfied for such registration (propagation, certification and marketing of horticultural seed species).
