Abstract

This Order approves the technical regulations relative to the production of horticultural seeds. It is composed of 6 chapters listing relevant plant species and the requirements to be satisfied in order to carry out such activity, such as: authorized productions; controls on agricultural lands and crops; certification, etc. Tables concerning all relevant plant species requirements are attached to the text. This Order also prescribes seed packaging and labelling requirements, specifying the quantities of sampling material to be analyzed per species.
