Abstract

The Ministry authorizes the State Fisheries Committee to distribute quotas among single applicants in accordance with total allowable catch set for each water body and, in case of necessity, to redistribute them in conformity with the legislation currently in force. All applicants irrespectively of the form of property must report to fishing inspection and statistical bodies the amount of catch in accordance with the established modalities within the fixed deadline. Table 1 sets quotas for the Black Sea basin. Table 2 sets quotas for the Sea of Azov basin. Table 3 sets quotas for the lower reaches of the Dniester river and the adjacent lakes. Table 4 sets quotas for the lower reaches of the Danube river. Table 5 sets quotas for the Dnieper river and the Boog river estuary systems. Table 6 sets quotas for the Chabolat salt lake. Table 7 sets quotas for the Grigoryev salt lake. Table 8 sets quotas for the Tiligul salt lake. Table 9 sets quotas for the Berezan salt lake. Table 10 sets quotas for the Kizil-Yar lake. Table 11 sets quotas for the Kyalnitsa salt lake. Table 12 sets quotas for Stentsovo wetlands. Table 13 sets quotas for defined area of water of the Milk estuary. Table 14 sets quotas for small water bodies of the North Eastern area of the Black Sea. Table 15 sets quotas for the Kuchurga water reservoir. Table 16 sets quotas for Kiev water reservoir. Table 26 sets quotas for the Dnieper river within the boundaries of the province of Chernigov. Table 27 sets quotas for the Desna river and the lakes within the boundaries of the province of Chernigov. Table 28 sets quotas for the Makhortovo water basin of the province of Dnepropetrovsk. Table 29 sets quotas for the water bodies of the province of Khmelnisk. Table 30 sets quotas for the water bodies of the provinces of Volyn and Rivno. Table 31 sets quotas for the Krasnopavlovsk water basin of the province of Kharkov. Table 32 sets quotas for the Pecheneg water basin of the province of Kharkov.
